For the reasons stated on the record, the Temporary Restraining Order entered 5/23/2025 [25] is vacated as to Defendant SIDEQUEST.GG. Any restrained assets shall be released immediately. In addition, Plaintiff's motion for entry of a preliminary injunction as to Defendant nos. 1-2, 5-8, and 44-51 [44] is denied as to Defendant SIDEQUEST.GG and granted as to the remaining Defendants. By 7/25/2025, Defendant Hokozan Anime shall make a supplemental filing with a sworn affidavit or declaration supporting its request to release a portion of its PayPal account. Plaintiff and Defendant Hokozan Anime may engage in expedited discovery to confirm Defendant Hokozan Anime's revenues from the sale of the allegedly infringing products. If Plaintiff and Defendant Hokozan Anime have not resolved their dispute, the Court will set a briefing schedule on Defendant Hokozan Anime's motion to dismiss the complaint [54], [55] at the next status hearing.
